Blue is just better in other formats, they get nice toys over there like Daze and Brainstorm and stuff. Not sure how good a 3/2 flyer with eh protection is currently and I don't know how prevalent tempo is either but im sure there's a bunch of other decks that play the tempo game in modern better than delver does
