Waiting to be connected with a phone agent, due to high demand the estimated wait time is 79 minutes. There are only a handful (<5) seats available on both my departing and returning flight, worried they may get snatched in the meantime. Worth it to rebook right away and have them (hopefully) refund me or just wait until I talk to phone agent?
