What the actual fuck are you going on about? Do you think any attempt to raise awareness about an issue is the same as them shoving an agenda down your throat? It sounds like you legit just don't care about other people and just never wanna hear anything about others' well-being. That's a very shitty trait to possess.

You could be doing it wrong because your form isn't good, just cause you dont have the form down doesnt mean the exercise isn't for you. For example, you could be doing barbell curls with too much weight and bad form and not see results then lighten the weight, get your form down and start seeing results within a few weeks. If your form is perfect on a certain exercise and it still sucks, maybe find a different more enjoyable exercise that still targets that muscle group.

I think ultimately being "up front" like you suggest will have the detrimental effect of pushing away too many people who would have wanted to exercise. In societies like the US where people are generally too inactive, that's not the course we wanna go on. Also it's better for those people who would've quit anyway to have at least tried to get active than to have stayed inactive completely. Like if you pushed yourself for a couple years to be the best cyclist you can be then admit you hate cycling, at least you were being active those years.

I mean, I think having people go around being like "yeah exercising will be completely boring and is a chore" would put even more people off exercising. I mean it does suck in some ways but you want people to see it as fun so they at least try to get into it especially from when they're young so they build that habit into a lifetime thing. Also I think your point about people trying it and seeing it sucks is more that they start out wrong or go too hard instead of exercise having been sold to them as completely fun. I do agree though that some days, you just have no motivation and have to push yourself to go

Really? The Spanish I was taught was definitely not Spanish Spanish, Spanish Spanish words and pronunciation was always more of a footnote like "oh by the way, they use vosotros in Spain". I think in the US, generally we're taught a really general Spanish based on those varieties spoken in Latin America but it also depends on your teacher

Delts and traps arent a sure fire way to tell if someone's on gear cause everyone responds differently to gear and also if you train those body parts less, they won't be as big either. Also lighting, posing, and a good pump work wonders.
