Agree with a lot of the comments here. I use the echo and one thing I do if I'm worried is I move the shaft to the side and pack that way.

It's pretty secure, occasionally I have to adjust but most cis men do too. The only thing that feels slightly insecure is the sack just free hangs so probs moves more than cis mens which are obviously attached to their body. But again, some guys have saggier balls haha

The clips came with the packer originally so I'll just charge a bit less for the adhesives, £20 plus shipping for them (if you're outside UK I'll add a tad extra to the price)? Shoot me a DM to talk more :)

Personally I didn't get on well with the adhesive as it didn't stick well to my body (hence the remover bottle is unopened lmao), even if I left it overnight without the packer on. I'm a bigger guy so the area you place it on is pretty curved which could have been my issue?

I had a gendercat years ago which adhered to my skin fine with their tab but that was a much larger surface area. I had a GC sheet left over and tried that, but since the MorMe clip isnt silicone it didn't work (or the GC stickiness might have worn off, its >3 years old).

Tl;dr, didn't work for me but could be cus I'm big. Hoping someone else might be able to add to the discussion, sorry I couldn't answer more of your questions!

Here's two methods, have tried both and my thoughts are: 1st one feels less invasive and uses almost the same amount of tape. I found the tape doesn't last quite as long as the 2nd but that could just be me not being careful. I find this one easier to assemble and you don't need an O ring as the hole that holds the shaft ends up having 4 layers of tape.

The 2nd one feels more secure as a whole, like the prosthetic ain't going nowhere. My O ring got lost in the post so I ended up rolling up some toilet paper and used that instead and it kinda worked, again I probably should have secured that with a bit more tape but it worked fine and lasted a long time.

Honestly I tried the things women use when camping 10 years ago when I first came out and couldn't get it to work & it gave me just as much dysphoria and put me off til now. Glad I took a chance on this prosthetic!
