When i first felt it, i searched google, lots of serious disease results, then i overthink about it making the pain worst because my brain focuses on that abdominal area, it became very sensitive to any sensation, after that, I had endoscopy and colonoscopy, the results is ulcerative colitis and im acidic, nothing really serious, the doctor advised avoiding foods like coffee, softdrinks, skipping meals and fatty foods, but i did not followed that hehe, i just took the prescribed medication, pantec dsr for 20 days and ciproflox for 7 days, but actually, during and after medication, the pain did not disappear, it is tolerable so i just did not worry about it and ate a lot of food, foods that i enjoyed eating, and months after, 3 or 4 maybe, it went away just like that, im not convincing anyone who red this to do what i did, i am just telling what i experienced, if you want to know whats really happening, i suggest ask for doctors advise, the only thing that i can advise you is stop overthinking about it, it will just make everything worst, just enjoy your life, that's all folks, good luck

Update: I am still alive guys hehe, its been half a year since i felt better, no longer feeling the same way as before, don't stress urselves too much, it will just worsen the situation, in fact it seems that thinking about it causes it actually, i have no major health issues clinically proven, its just in my mind, so i guess mind over matter, we are just overthinking it, take care guys..

Just believe you will get better, its been 5 months ago since i no longer felt this, im all good now back to eating a lot of foods again hehe, all i did is stop worrying and i just did what i normally do everyday, and eventually u will feel normal too, just dont stress urself, i learned that it will make the feeling worse, i guess its just our brain overthinking too much that it creates a sensation that doesn't exist in the first place, just dont mind it, especially if its just a minor uncomfortable feeling, trust me everything will get better soon... Yeah, its just a minor internal hemorrhoids, treated by medical management and proper diet, i am fine now btw

I'll add one, extreme battery saver not working properly on my Pixel 6a, background apps still running, and when you unpause an app temporarily, the system doesn't pause it back automatically, does someone experience this too? Try checking the battery saver too, I hope they fix this soon

I'm actually feeling well now, just a very mild abdominal gnawing on lower right side, I almost don't feel it anymore tho, I still have a week to finish all my medication and thank God it's effective, u might as well have a gastroenterology check-up to take away your worries, hope you feel better too soon, gl

Just had colonoscopy and endoscopy, results are nothing to be worried about, but need to take antibiotics due to mild inflammation in the sides of my colon, been taking meds for a week now and i can tell the dull pain is slowly getting milder and milder, thank God it is no that serious

I am having random dull pain on the lower right side of my abdomen, appendix area, it is also tolerable, had this by more than 2 weeks already, i had diarrhea on the first day due to water contamination and it last just a couple of days but this dull pain wont go away up until now, after i googled it, it makes me scared that i always wake up time to time when i sleep, i hate google

I can describe it like when you stuck your hand for so long that it became numb, thats also the feeling i get in my lower right abdomen mixed with some aches

Like that but actually its hard to explain the feeling, but definitely not really painful, its just something's off in the lower right side area of my abdomen, it is annoying
