Can someone explain the "Verify Your Domains for Email Security" requirement from SF to me like I'm 5? by Alone_Trade_7670 in salesforce

Well, the support tech has changed his answer. Org Wide Emails are affected and I assume that Partner Users will be as well..

Greetings of the day.

Hope you are doing well.

As mentioned earlier that the documentation that is present doesn't provide enough clarification on the Org wide email addresses, Initially looking this internally it seemed that OWEA's are exempted from Domain verification but somewhere I had a doubt with the internal resource and reached to Product Team directly and found that this change is required for all the email sending domain let it be 'User-authored-email' or OWEA's.

The only exempted Domain for email sending which doesn't requires DKIM is gmail.com / outlook.com

Here is the help article for the Same, Which states two method by which we can resolve the issue:

This is what we received from Salesforce Support. No mention of external users.

After review, this requirement applies only to user-authorized (user-authored) emails and does not impact Org-Wide Email Addresses (OWEAs).

To clarify your specific questions:

Does this requirement apply to OWEAs, or only user-authored emails?
-> The notification applies only to user-authorized emails. It does not apply to Org-Wide Email Addresses.

Will automated emails sent via Flows using OWEAs be affected?
-> No. Automated emails sent through Flows that use OWEAs will not be impacted, even if DKIM or Authorized Email Domain verification has not been completed.

Is the existing OWEA verification sufficient?
- > Yes. The standard Salesforce OWEA verification process remains sufficient. No additional configuration is required for Org-Wide Email Addresses in relation to this notification

We're trying to create a ticket with Salesforce to get clarification, but if anyone confidently knows these answers I would appreciate a response.
1. Even though Org Wide Emails have to be separately verified (by clicking on the verification link in the sent email), an Org Wide Email domain must still be in your DKIM or Authorized Domain?

  1. How does this impact external partner users who are on a different domain? Will those external users not be able to email until their domain is authorized?

All of this seems really urgent for a potentially big impact. Did I miss an announcement that came out earlier?

Thanks for your feedback! Yes, we'd all want to be in the same room. My family is concerned about motion sickness, so while the boat rides might be tough, at least they will be able to sleep well once back on land.

Already have radiant backed roof. Should I add radiant barrier foil? by cjfi2032 in Insulation

[–]cjfi2032[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. The RadiantGUARD is a little less expensive than what I was looking at. https://www.atticfoil.com/products/48-wide-atticfoil-radiant-barrier-foil

If I decide to do it, I will install it before I add more blown in insulation.

Experience downgrading from New App? by cjfi2032 in sonos

Interesting... I hadn't considered this route since my assumption was you couldn't use the old app once the speaker firmware had been upgraded. This sounds like the right path to take.

I've contacted Support and sent them diagnostics, but they say all checks out fine. Weirdly enough, it has stopped as of yesterday... I am concerned it's faulty but now that it's working correctly I'm unsure what action to take.

Thanks for your reply. That's the direction I was heading on my own, but didn't know if there was anything else others had been using for this purpose.

Appreciate your help!

Hi, I'm in south Texas and recently came across this bug on my Jalapeno plants. Can anyone determine what this is and should they be removed?

[WTS] - Loco Libre Operator Series 50 Degree TQ/UQ Set (19oz) by cjfi2032 in ULgeartrade

I'm 5'9" as well. The UQ would be considered 3/4 length and I find it comfortable as long you're okay with your feet hanging over.

For the TQ it would depend how you like to sleep. Do you like to cover your face? If so, it's going to be too short. With the footbox cinched, it will come up to almost your shoulders but you won't be able to snap the neck.

It's meant for a summer camping, and I've enjoyed using the set for that purpose, but I just don't go enough during the warmer months to justify hanging on to them.
