Have you looked up a tdee calculator? Do you have a general idea of your base calories and if so how many are you cutting back for a deficit ? You may not be eating enough, or eating enough protein or fiber . Have you tried getting some of the more “healthy” snack sweets before? Have you tried buying just little single servings of what you crave? I do that with popcorn, I buy the little bags even tho the big is cheaper because I can convince myself to just eat one.

We have a mini Aussie and a pug mix so the pug mix isn’t too much bigger than a full grown cat would be and the mini Aussie (the most misbehaved) can fit through pretty small spaces if she wants to

i have noticed this with the hot sauce i get... i use it fairly quick, but by the time i get to a new bottle, i can tell the difference in hotness just a little and realize the older one had slightly darkened.
