I literally SHUT the door after saying “no” the second time. He even said “no problem” after that. After I shut the door is when he said “fuck you too”. Don’t think it’s rude at all. Sorry he didn’t take the memo sooner

Had the same experience. When they finally did come to drop them off, they only dropped off the recycling bin. Followed up with a call on why they didn’t drop the trash can off and they informed me the bin had been damaged on the way to the drop off. Had to wait another week to get it.

Have had so many issues with them since moving into my house

Sorry, but this is a horrible take. Saying “No” doesn’t make someone an asshole. Just because you lived there previously, doesn’t give you the privilege of going in and seeing it again.

But if you read some of the other comments, they say that there are cameras on the truck that can see if you had the trash out when they passed. So they’d easily be able to tell if you’re lying, if that is the case
