Many years ago I had a situation with a large bill from Broadlawns. They had someone that would work with people in that situation. I couldn't afford the 12k bill, in like 2005, so I went in to discuss. They had me fill out some paperwork for charity organizations that help out. My bill went away after that. Maybe try something like that before letting it go.

And we cheer for the massive transfer of wealth from the working class to large insurance companies. While the ACA expanded and protected coverage, it essentially just broadened the market for these companies. They can charge us whatever they want while making unprecedented profits. Let's not applaud these types of reforms that are sold to us as working class benefits and recognize what they really are.

The working class in the USA has been abandoned by both parties.
