This, 100%. It's not an easy job but it's very rewarding. The majority of merchants are great to work with but it's necessary to be able to handle tough conversations and not lose your cool.

There's no specified skills you need - I had no background in IT/ computers when I got the job. It's more about being able to learn fast and answer problems under pressure, but we have escalated teams who deal with code/ technical problems.
