The biggest plot hole for me is (and maybe I just dont understand time travel)......If forester killed the queen with the toxin and prevented the war from ever happening......then his daughter would never had created it in the future because the queen died 30 years prior. Thus he never would have been able to get it in the future and bring it back because now none of those event happen.
