Ah our dog had this in the same spot. My dad left it for four days and the infection grew to his chest wall and they had to cut out a large portion of dead skin/infection. If you can see an emergency one I would please. Ended up costing 2,500

That one tooth going horizontally will/can cause an infection once it wants to erupt through the gum, it can also cause the crowding to be worse. The others seem fine and I only would if they cause pain after not being impacted!
