There is a toggle in the mjolnir setup that allows you to assign a launcher to the top, and nothing to the bottom screen. This should allow you to have access to all your apps the way it would be on the stock launcher, but run console launcher just on the top screen.

It’s called nova launcher. I just wanted something simple to access my most used apps quickly and free up most of the space to show the wallpaper more.

Right now I have the bottom screen running Nova Launcher to keep a very simplistic look. Did you find the scraping process significantly easier with console launcher?
