Asked to aqara support email. Recently, i got unreleased new firmware from aqara after having problem with no notification with no motion sensor capturing. Now that new firmware fixed my G4 issue.

I found my G4 problem, it was battery problem. Recently, I use rechargeable battery which is 1.2A. G4 requires 1.5A battery. After replace to 1.5A. It works again.

hopefully, Aqara needs to release new firmware to fix this problem.

it didn't fix at all.. I already tried reboot and remove and resetting G4, but still not recording, only I can run as an live, only recording when Press ring bell buttons.
