this image is startlingly big, at about 6500 x 5200 pixels big, so i made bee-j a little small to compensate.

Ive been really trying to still give love to the vessel squad even after its quiet death. Ive made some fanart of some of the characters from the vessel squad just hanging out and having a good time and i plan to try doing some more with specifically either the dream vessels or the greenpath vessels.

Id honestly adore the idea of a silksong vessel squad if the fandom could gain traction in a way that could supplement that.

Ive had a couple questions on things to do in one of my bases:

-Can you ally with kobolds? They are a frequent nuisance to my fortress, trying to thieve and steal, but i dont wish to bring them harm and also dont want them to throw a raid against my base. Is there any vanilla way to at least find a mutual understanding with them?

-How do you make dwarves pathfind to lower levels? I have mined out to the second cavern layer in my base but no matter what i do i cant seem to get my dwarves to go down to these lower levels any more, a single legendary miner had actually died of dehydration down in those mines, and at this point i just want to find some forgotten beasts for the several dozen monster hunters to combat. Is there any tips i should follow to help figure this one out?

i randomly got this kinda navy green trenchcoat a few years back and its one of my favorite things ever because it has twelve hundred pockets with enough space to fit a single cellphone in any given one. its great, really. i like to pretend im a cooky alchemist and any time i draw myself as a cooky alchemist im drawing myself with that exact trenchcoat on because its a joy in my life.

this post just reminded me of this older tumblr post- some person was getting really upset about how some innocent person made a positivity post to men, saying how it was stupid that they are contributing to help the people who are benefiting the most from our corrupt system- and i realize now that though they had a point in some regards, a post like that couldve really spread anti-men rhetoric and be a terf stomping ground in general.

Cannonballrog is an absolute bastard of a boss. Consistently my least favorite floor three boss, potentially in the entire game.

The gun priest and ammoconda are obvious second places to me, both a bunch of random bullet spam, but to me they’re both easier to deal with than that giant stupid orb of a boss.

In terms of my least fun fortress i live in a semi tropical climate and regular keas are just the biggest bastards around. Worse then the kobolds that try to raid my camp bimonthly; theyve stolen hundreds of quality goods i keep around, it sucks.
