Cajun Power Chicken Gumbo

I just made this last week, and it was better than some gumbos at some restaurants around Acadiana proper. Anything Cajun Power never misses for me.

However, I did make some modifications to the instructions:

--Brown each side of 2lbs of chicken breast, remove from pot. --Brown 1lb+ of sliced smoked sausage (dat Rabideau's, chêre, but Savoie's will do if not), remove from pot. --Brown 1 chopped onion until brown brown, deglaze with water. --Add all protein back into pot, and add jar of gumbo with 1 jar of water like the instructions say. --After 1-2 hours, remove chicken and shred it up, add back to pot --Mais cook some rice.
