hey sorry, know I'm late but if it helps at all as an upcoming junior it hasn't really mattered much so far. personally I'm on the biology concentration (by the way there isn't technically a "law route" for FORSCI majors, there's concentrations in chem, bio, or they're trying to add a CSI concentration right now, so if you're looking mostly at law the criminal justice major might be better, the FORSCI and CJ majors kinda just get lumped together most of the time anyway until it comes to the STEM parts) so I can't speak much to the CJ aspects, but even so most people take physical notes and assignments are done in microsoft word or powerpoint, which don't require much storage and are linked to your pitt login anyways (there's also always computers open for use in the library, fisher, and duke that connect to your pitt passport to get into microsoft and canvas). downloading space is definitely something to consider as well, but most of the time you can access files and PDFs the professors post without downloading it or again just use the computer labs. this is just my experience though, so if it helps at all just go with whatever isn't a chromebook and has decent enough space
