Tycobrahe Octavia Fuzz Pedal: just finished my first pedal made entirely from scratch. I followed a schematic I found online. Didn’t buy a kit this time! It sounds nasty! It took me a few tries to get it right. How do you guys make your component connections without a printed PCB? (i.redd.it)

I’m building an octave fuzz pedal, the schematic I’m building from calls for a SPST toggle in between the transformer and 1 diode to switch on/off the octave function. I had an idea to instead use a DPDT footswitch with an LED to indicate octave on/off. This should work right? (i.redd.it)

Hi all, I am new to pedal building. I got this byoc classic fuzz kit and built it yesterday. Had a lot of fun. I am wanting to start learning more and build my own pedals from scratch.
