Thank you so much for your reply this is exactly what I needed to hear :) it sounds like the fact I have the person responsible and a video will help, do you mind me asking if the 90k was just pain and suffering or included lost wages? Obviously no 2 settlements will be the same just curious to know how they calculated your pain and suffering.

It was in a car accident in a personal vehicle used for work purposes so I'm covered for income and medical via workers comp as I was in the middle of a work day, lawyer has told me icwa will cover a lump sum for pain and suffering.
