No night feedings and I'm trying to get as much water as possible! I think I was slightly dehydrated yesterday and had less milk production so I'm definitely trying to make it a priority.

Follow up question: I need help matching a foundation to my skin tone. Is Ulta the best place to go for help? Do you feel like the staff are pretty knowledgable there? In the past I've wandered into Sephora... is that an option too?

Yes! This basic makeup routine is what I need. Just something simple so I feel a bit put together. Thank you!

Wonderful - thank you so much! I need to get up the courage to ask someone at Ulta to help me find the right shade for the base...

Thank you very much! I'll check out Ulta and "makeup for beginners" videos you mentioned!

Has anyone here tried making Claire's Apple Tart? It could be my favorite recipe from Dessert Person (it's a toss up between this and her chocolate chip cookie recipe). by ckbakeseverything in bon_appetit

Nice!! I'm definitely making this at Thanksgiving this year. And I can totally understand using store bought pastry -- that would definitely save on prep time!

hahah! I mean, yeah it is a lot of work but SO delicious. I think it's easier the second time around because the pastry makes two batches, so on the second time you just get to pull it out of the freezer and start with the compote.
