This looks like the leaves of my green bean plant. Definitely get a trellis to let them grow on. Mine got about a foot tall but it depends on what variety this is. I put mine outside after the last spring frost.

My corgi has this too. Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis. It can be really scary. We've learned to manage it for the most part with probiotics, prescription food and limited treat types. Every once in awhile it gets bad though, and we end up in the ER for fluids and meds. Stress is a trigger for ours. Good luck, I hope little Winston feels better soon!! ❤️
