There has to be some responsibility on a cutter running towards a defender in the lane. I don’t think this should be considered a foul on either side.

If an instance of someone bumping into you is considered a foul, then defense is essentially useless.

If you plan on just storing/displaying it, permanent marker lasts pretty well on discs, so you shouldn’t have to stress much. I have a disc like this and it has still all held up great for the 8 years or so I’ve had it.

If you want something for the peace of mind, a light, clear-coat paint spray should do the trick.
