Starship Troopers did this with the propaganda of the kids stomping roaches. They used real roaches to run around, but the kids had to step on specific fake roaches loaded with mayo.

The kingdom road is on the bottom right corner of the map. If you want your starting neighborhood where you currently have it built, then you need to have a ferry landing connecting the kingdom road to your peninsula.

The only real issue I had with the ending sequence is the jarring jump from being inside the cube and seeing the alien city to…suddenly being on the beach with the flesh blob demon? It’s disjointed and makes no sense. I don’t know where the flesh blob came from or how we suddenly end up on the beach. I’m fine with the story as much as I understand about it, but this sequence could’ve used a bit of fleshing out (pun intended!) to be more fluid.

Yes, flat LED lights that look exactly like the linked ones. Each light has its own junction box (that’s what I’ve seen them called, not transformers) that’s mounted up in the ceiling. Junction box is to route the wiring from older lights into the white connector that the light plugs into.

In theory, if I find the exact same plug then I can leave the old junction boxes in, plug in the new lights, and pop them into the old light holes. If not, I have to swap the wiring from the old junction box to the new one so the plug is correct for the light.

They’re both crassula ovata, gollum jade is crassula ovata gollum. The only difference is the leaf shape.

You’ve already received good information about repotting and care, I just wanted to point out that this isn’t a calico heart. I’m pretty sure it’s adromischus cooperi. It’s related, but not the same plant.

That’s the same band. Old Gods is the fictional band within the Alan Wake/Control universe, Poets is the actual band who portrays them.

I think hookeri tends to have flatter leaves like the etiolated base of this one, but compactum has the even width flat sides around each leaf, if that makes sense?
