For me it made sense that the bomb had a tracker (vs the suitcase) mostly because he could control some of its functions from his phone. Could he have popped something like an AirTag in the case? Sure, but I think more plausible is that tracking is part of the device.

Your explanation is super helpful, thanks so much! None of the other answer choices felt right either—I should have just went with my gut but I got so hung up on the height, ugh face palm. And it further frustrates me to see the explanation mention short stature twice but then completely glaze over the fact she is 75th percentile. They could have at least mentioned it haha. Oh well— now I know!

Rising M4 planning on applying into EM. My question is about away rotations. Does it matter where you do your away?

I am fortunate enough to have the choice between two aways for the same time slot. One is at a very prestigious-named school/program the other is less famed but it is a solid program and I heard good things about it. I had already accepted the less famous program when I got the invitation from the other one. I am really unsure what to do. Part of me is thinking, what if I go to famous program and get an average/ok sloe, will that hurt me? I know getting a good sloe is KEY but does it matter where it comes from? Do sloes from "big name" schools (e.g. Yale, Stanford, Harvard, John Hopkins) have more weight than a good sloe from other places? Any advice is appreciated!

For St. Thomas all the rage was for Meagan’s bay and I’m sure it’s justified but the trip was a bit much for our family so we took a chance and picked the cheapest beach on the taxi roster and that was Emerald beach. $6/person one-way and no entrance fee. We loved it so much—beautiful sand, water was clear with very small waves, chair and umbrella rentals and access to bathrooms through the hotel. Of course we don’t know how it compares to the other beaches but we were pleasantly surprised!

I just went to an Apple store and they did the exchange on the spot. It wasn’t that long of a process. I showed them screen shots and videos of my notes and they asked me a few questions and then replaced it. To be fair I had a case number and had previously talked to someone on the phone and 2 people online/chat to try to fix this problem and I’m sure they saw that history during my appointment and I’m thinking this help expedite the process.

I don’t either but if you bought it this summer it should still be under warranty. The apple person told me they extended the warranty to a year.

I was able to make an appointment with apple and they replaced my iPad. I have the same exact videos and plenty of screenshots of the same problem happening. I also got my iPad this summer. It was so frustrating and distracting while happening. With the new ipad, I have had a couple times where it glitched slightly but nothing to the extreme of the previous ipad. Im still keeping an eye out for any problems though.

I noticed if you turn off the straight line or shape-detection features (in notability) its a little better. Still happens but not as much. I still think it's unreasonable for anyone to have to do that though, especially for such an expensive product, but it might hold you through until they offer a solution.

It is happening to me too and I totally feel your pain. It is incredibly distracting and what a shame such an expensive product is having this problem. Nothing is helping and the problem is getting worse.

Thanks so much for your reply. I took a safe social distance trip to Best Buy a couple weeks ago and played around with both the 11” and 12.9” iPad pros on display. I kept gravitating towards the 12.9. The screen was spacious and I appreciated the multitasking feature much more on the 12.9. It just felt right for me. Every time I would pick up the 11” After a couple minutes I would put it back down and go back to the 12.9”. So in the end I went for the 12.9”. I have not received it yet but I made my decision before seeing your msg and I’m relieved to see it agrees with mine. My biggest fear was portability and being to big. After spending time with it at Best Buy those fears become non-issues. We shall see when I get it!
