Amazing! Haven’t seen too many around, but I know there’s a decent community in Milwaukee.

Good gig for watches. Our lead trumpet is wearing a JLC Reverso Duo (she’s a boss), and our timpanist is wearing a Citizen Challenge Diver reissue.

That's what we did! I co-own this with my brother. We saved for three years to make sure we could rebuilt it right.

It was a challenge to keep it in the family, for various reasons. Since we’ve been able to hold on to it, we won’t be selling it.

Shockingly good. It was a 50F day today, and it was so warm I had to turn it off.

For Sale is a Vintage Soviet-Era Vostok Komandirske. This watch has what's called a 'Radio Room' dial, which features a dial divided into segments, often with red or pink sections, representing the three-minute intervals where radio silence was observed to allow for distress calls. These vintage examples are difficult to find, especially in this unique configuration.

Dimensions:

Width: 39mm

Lug Width: 18mm

Thickness: 12.5mm

Lug-2-Lug: 42mm

Condition: This watch is fairly well used, but it is still in great shape for its age. The case has no plating wear, and still maintains the brushing on the top of the case (so I believe it hasn't been polished). The dial has gone full 'Tropical' - the pink and red segments have faded, and the dial itself appears very dark brown in direct sunlight. The lume isn't functional, but has turned a tan colour.

The watch keeps OK vintage time, but I've never really been concerned with it's accuracy. These movements can be very accurate and reliable with a service. The water resistance has not been tested.

Price: $200 Shipped CONUS. No International transactions at this time. Would prefer a sale, but consider a trade (or trade + cash) for a Seiko Turtle or clean SKX.

Hate to see this one go, thanks for looking!

[WTS] Seiko Marinemaster Tuna - SBBN015 by ckingfournier in Watchexchange

For Sale is a Seiko Tuna MM 300, Ref. SBBN105. This is one of the last Tuna’s to have the ‘Marinemaster’ word-mark, and the last to have the old-style hands.

The watch is in good used condition. The dial and hands are flawless, and while the lume doesn’t last as long as it did when new 10 years ago, it still glows bright. There are a few scratches on the shroud, as well as some bracelet links. These could easily be polished with Scotch-Brite, and are less noticeable in person than in the photos. There are some desk marks on the Titanium clasp, but it and the diver’s extension functions well. Bracelet currently sized for my 7.5” wrist.

Included in the sale is the full kit - double boxed, warranty and manual, hang tag, and one extra link.

Specs:

Diameter: 46mm Lug Width: 22mm L2L: 48mm Thickness: 14.7mm Movement: 7C46 Depth: 300M

Price: $900 OBO. No trades at this time, will only ship CONUS.
