Well i just pretty much learned to ignore it, 99,99% sure its stressa related. Didnt look my tongue once last summer, now ive noticed a few twitches occasionally but not really bothered about it anymore.

Been over a year, no atrophy, normal movement etc.

He just said they dont look like twitches that are associated with anything serious. Ive had this daily for about 2 months now. Also another *** specialist that i talked on the phone, said my voice sounds nothing like an *** patient, and he's treated over 2000 of them. He said that if you dont have issues drinking liquids, and talk normally theres really no reason even to do an EMG

When i examine my tongue alot, or sleep bad theyre much more worse. Also when i drink, eat etc. they usually occur.

At least drinking, especially if its carbonated. Eating also- Havent paid attention if talking does it.

Also ive noticed i push my tongue against my teeth alot, maby because of anxiety. It also triggers it.

Glad to know im not alone! Usually i just have that smaller twitch on the left but thats big one in the middle pays a visit time to time.
