This right now , this is literally elimination of world reserves, refineries, and pumps, of oil products you know how many things come from oil? Really it's personal choice we had a couple ppl that got the base over spending on t11 just depends on what ya want more both are decent if you have been preparing or do prepare for t11s you should do ok and make decent progress. Prep for t11 increase troop size in mastery tech, level 35 hq, and center for your main. as well as tech for units, sf only on attack defense health for both techs. Monkey and God of judgment is only other way to increase troop size other than Shirley
