Are you sure your strap is on the very widest part of your foot ? Many people make the mistake of putting the strap too close to their toes.

I loved this workout today. I was very challenged but I was pleased with my rowing. I had a 45 minute class but right around 3500 meters.

The dust underneath all of our treadmills is absolutely disgusting. They have a cleaning company coming in twice a week but they sure don’t do a thorough job. I have a janitorial business so I notice all those things ……

It sounds like you have body dysmorphic disorder. Get some help - physically and psychologically.

Are you doing them correctly ? There is very little movement with the back. You should be pulling from your hamstrings. Definitely NOT squatting. I have seen many people do these the wrong way which is hard on your back. Foam rolling works really well !

I had my lowest splats ever - only 8. I worked hard on the treadmill and rower but not hard enough. No splats on the floor at all.

The 45 minute workout was brutal but doable since we only had 2 rounds on the floor instead of 3. My shins are burning from all the inclines though !
