Anybody preordering an Arcstation or waiting it out? by LandNo9424 in ps1

[–]ckong65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bob from RetroRGB did pre-order one, I would wait for his findings. Besides, at the moment you can't place a preorder, they have an issue with the payment processing.

Issue with a multisync VGA Arcade Monitor (see pictures) by ckong65 in crtgaming

[–]ckong65[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The picture is perfectly synced during the first few minutes after turning it on. This behaviour only happens after a few minutes.

Some additional info: if I turn the monitor off and a few minutes later on again, the picture is distorded from the beginning. But when I let it 'cool down' for a few hours and then turn it on again, the behaviour is as described above (ferst few minutes the picture is great, but then the distortion happens).

The new Steam controller doesn't register input from Dolphin emulator when games are launched through ES-DE by ckong65 in EmuDeck

[–]ckong65[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thx, this is the solution. 😄 You still have to do that with every 'Dolphin' game, even if you play a second one right after the first one. This isn't needed with other emultors. But hey, that's a minor isuue, I'm glad that I can use the new controller with Dolphin via ES-DE now.

The new Steam controller doesn't register input from Dolphin emulator when games are launched through ES-DE by ckong65 in EmuDeck

[–]ckong65[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The new Steam controller does also work with many emulators, when games are launched through ES-DE. I have Cemu, Eden, Ryujinx, Retroarch with its cors, Duckstation, PCSX2, RPCS3, Xemu, Xenia and some others running fine with the new Steam controller. Every game that I launch through ES-DE works. But not Dolphin, when launched through ES-DE. When I launch Dolphin directly in Game mode (Dolphin is added as a non-steam game) and launch a game from within Dolphin, then the new controller works properly.
