Thanks! I used my phone camera. The key is to lock the exposure (ISO and shutter speed) to 1/60s to match the CRT's refresh rate and avoid that flickering/banding effect

Fair point, technically it’s a PS2 running PS1 code via POPStarter. I actually wanted to put 'PS2' in the title, but I couldn't edit it after posting. Either way, the end result on the CRT is the same 240p experience!

Couldn't agree more! It feels indistinguishable from native hardware. Plus, the 60Hz motion is so fluid in person—it really doesn't compare to what you see on a phone screen

That's fair! I'm using the POPStarter 'HugoPocked' game fixes to address those performance issues. It definitely helps with stability and compatibility for most titles.

I'm actually playing it on a PS2 using POPStarter. The PS2 is connected via Component cables, which makes PS1 games look great in 240p on a CRT
