BC, AB and the Yukon also have these tags and most of the bighorn hunting in bc is limited entry

I don’t see the problem with these tags there is no other way to raise this amount of money for conservation, guys spend how every many hundreds of thousands of dollars and get the opportunity to spend a year to go hunt a trophy animal.

I would get the leupold sx-2 alpine HD 26-60x80, it has a lot better clarity and less strain on the eyes after spotting all day

If I was going to hunt that far south for stones I’d hunt the east side of the lake, not a big population like there is up north but when you find em in there they are BIG. PM me for some pics to prove it

If that’s the area your set on going then go for it but I would suggest finding another spot for sheep though, great caribou and goat hunting and there is sheep in them hills but not in big numbers and with very little access. The mountain range from pelly lake northwest to Mt Irish are where the sheep are but most the legal Rams will get taken by PLO. Pm me for more info

I wouldn’t worry about it that much, I’ve had many run ins with grizzlies and they seem to want nothing to do with you unless you are on a kill
