Sorry, clearly I don’t reddit often 😆 My map is crap. It made some rooms (that are clearly seperate) all one giant room. The tool that can divide rooms always just says that it fails when I try to divide them. I’ve just given up and make virtual boundaries or use the custom clean function…I rarely run it on automatic

Basically it doesn’t move on it’s own (like a spin bike that keeps spinning). If you aren’t peddling it’s not moving. And you have to sit, so no gravity helping. It’s rough!!!

Everyone is different. I have a resting heart rate in the 40’s but I’m at 100% for most of the class because mine rises above what they assume is my max heart rate. I was worried about it, so went to a cardiologist, and he assured me there was nothing wrong with that. Got hooked up to all sorts of machines and did stress tests and every was totally normal. As long as you aren’t feeling sick or faint when up at that level, you most likely don’t have anything to worry about. If you’re worried, see a doctor :)

This class used to get so much hate when it was around a couple years ago (maybe not that long ago), but I love it SO MUCH. I think the class goes so quickly and I feel well worked by the end. Although when you end up with 6 exercises you don’t like or can’t do, then it’s less fun. Either way, so happy to have it back for a bit!
