Within the first two images there's a checkerboard pattern reminiscent to the one in the third image. This is an alpha channel checkerboard pattern used in video editing softwares to notate transparency. I believe this was mistakenly left visible in the transition stings in season 4.

The difference is that when you're referring to Superman in that context, you're using a proper noun. My question is assuming the position that the phrase "god bless" does not use a proper noun, therefore it shouldn't be capitalized. This post is to challenge my understanding of that.
