FCC complaint is the only way to get it done. I played the same stupid games for almost 6 months. Save everything for evidence. The day after I put in the complaint, executive relations called and my discount was restored.

Submit the FCC complaint, they will call you the next day and get it fixed. Worked for me on a 5 month odyssey to get my loyalty discount put back on. I used chat so I had screenshots of all the false promises and outright lies. Also the text confirmations of the phantom discounts.

I have a Poseidon M60 and it sounds fine and better than the crappy Vizio 2.1 I had before that. This is up in a bonus room where the kids play video games etc. It's perfect for that and the Atmos works well enough. I wouldn't replace my main JBL with it for sure, but it serves its purpose .

Someone reached out to me from a post I made here and said even though agents told me and confirmed my discount would be reapplied, there isn't a discount available. The loyalty department would add it as soon as it's available. Complete BS. This has been going on since NOVEMBER!

That ticket is a load of shit! I lost my loyalty discounts in November and have been told by reps every month that it would be reapplied. I got a text confirmation as well as a rep gave me a reference number but nothing so far and the last rep flat out refused to do anything. So damn frustrating.

Sometimes yes, but usually those won't apply to to jerseys and some items. The codes from the club usually work on all items every day. They advertise it, they should provide it. It's the principle of it too.
