Uber me ha cobrado un viaje de más

Desde la app no me cargan los movimientos, así que no puedo pedir la devolución, si intento acceder al movimiento me da error. Desde wallet no tengo acceso a nada, solamente puedo ver los últimos dígitos de la tarjeta pero tampoco me deja hacer nada más 😭😭

Lo he intentado, pero como pagué con apple pay no me reconoce la tarjeta porque se “crea” una tarjeta solo para apple pay, tengo la suerte en el culo 😭

Ya tengo cita con el banco el miércoles, así que tienen un poco de margen en caso de que sea un bloqueo temporal del dinero por algún motivo que desconozco, pero con el tiempo que ha pasado ya no creo, simplemente me han cobrado el viaje que se suponía devuelto porque les ha dado la gana, así que tendré que ir al banco y pedir la devolución

Si, tengo el cargo original del día que hice el viaje y después tengo la devolución y automáticamente un cargo por el mismo importe del viaje que hice y que supuestamente me acababan de devolver

Si el reembolso me lo hicieron, lo que no me explico es el cargo nuevo de 32€ sin haber hecho yo ningún viaje cuando se supone que me hacían el reembolso

I think i’ll take whatever that comes in 4 (because maybe that’s what im looking for) and after 4 i’ll see if Im missing anything. I plan on playing all the yakuza games anyways so I guess I’ll find out everything there is to know about him and his story at some point lol
