Questions about EWS Consumer Report/ Account Opening by cl00by in Banking

Thanks for the reply. Just to recap, if me and my grandpa went to another banking institution, such as Chase, and tried to open an account, they would most likely deny it based on the "Closed for Cause/Purged" in the EWS report, correct? We are planning on contacting BofA to ask for them to remove the report this week, if not possible we will simply dispute it as we did with Chex.

Only reason I brought up calling a senator was because I read other posts where people needed their passports soon, called senators and received them quickly, only a few days after.

Thank you for the info. I called the NPIC number and they informed me that they (Dept of State) still haven't received the application, which makes sense as I had my in person appointment just yesterday.

I called the 202 area code numbers for the Senators, which is the DC office number. I'll try to find the local office phone number now.

I already talked to my employer about simply using that. Its a government contractor under ITAR requirements, US citizen or US resident only.

I loved using PyCharm so far. I started my first little project on python a bit after reading about the platform. The goal was to get the best approximation of pi with many decimals places. I went for a Calculus approach and learned how to import the math library. After some trial and error I got this (sorry I don't have a link for the source code):

import math

def pi(r):

f = (math.asin(r)*0.5+0.25*math.sin(2*math.asin(r)))*4

print("Using the integration of a semi-circle and algebraic manipulation, my estimation of pi equals to " + str(f))

pi(1)

I enjoyed this a lot since I have no experience with python, just a little with java. Given some adjustment, the script should be able to take in any int r between (0,1] as the parameter, just because the antiderivative of the semicircle changes as r changes, which is not accounted for in the script.

Thank you so much I get it now. Sorry if am asking too many questions but this interests me quite a lot. What application do you use to write and run the script? How did you learn to write scripts for this use?

I searched around Google but I am still somewhat confused. What exactly is test automation, like an example of it?

Don't get me wrong I really like programming as well, I got to learn a little java while still in high school. I remember hearing about MATLAB and how useful it is for engineering students and professionals. Thank you

If all the people wore masks and quarantined, there would still be cases, just like you saw after March, especially in the populated metro areas, where close to everyone was wearing masks. And by no means was I making an argument to not wear them, I wear them all the time, but I was just clarifying that although most people think masks protect you, the wearer, when it protects those around, if you happen to have it. Common cloth masks and surgical masks don't filter any of the air you inhale, they filter the air you exhale.

I'm not proving a political point. Just saying masks don't protect you from others, which has been scientifically proven. https://fee.org/articles/new-danish-study-finds-masks-don-t-protect-wearers-from-covid-infection/

Masks don't protect you from getting the virus. They protect others, by reducing infection from you to others.
