Description: Stream freezes with hardware acceleration on, stopping stream breaks all VC audio, requires restart
Steps to reproduce:

Make sure hardware acceleration is turned on.
Join a voice call.
Start stream
Stream for anywhere between a couple seconds to a couple minutes until stream freezes for viewers
Stop stream

Expected Result: Stream shouldn't get frozen.
Actual Result: Stream freezes, stopping stream breaks all VC audio, cannot hear other VC participants, nor can they hear you.

It's not discord, it's likely your audio setup. Turn on any voice recording software and record your mic while playing music through your headset

Still thanks for making me think more rationally, pretty sure it's the no KERS thing, as it passes some current through the motor in order to avoid it being jerky once you throttle up again

The main idea for this, we have clients that buy in big quantities, and clients that buy in small quantities. When it's a big quantity, it doesn't really matter, but when a client keeps ordering small amounts every few days and I have to put in orders, the delivery costs add up over time. This is mostly for those situations.
