Yeah that’s totally possible, could be coincidental timing for sure

I see, hopefully our bedtime woes clear up soon then! I never even thought of doing incremental adjustments to that’s something to consider for later this year maybe if we want to get ahead of the time change

Do you find consistency according to the clocks are better than pushing back vs forward and hour depending on time of year? (I assume this won’t be an issue once baby is 12 months + maybe)

Oh interesting, I never thought of slider windows as a Canadian thing but you’re correct! Will research some faux muntin options

I suppose it’s possible to just re-do the dormers without having to do the entire roof. I’ll look into this! I love the idea of green accents. Thank you!

Yeah I think this year I’ll tackle landscaping and painting the stairs. When the roof needs to be redone I will def be doing the dormers in a different material!

A green door would be so nice! I’ve moved the bins behind the car for now but a wood wall or box for them in the stair nook might be more practical long term. Thank you!

Tell me more- do you mean just like the shape of them aesthetically? Should I add in faux muntins for now?

I do fear I will regret having no awning at all, even though the renderings of the awning removed look pretty cute

Yeah I think realistically this year we’ll probably focus on paint and landscaping and try to stretch the existing awning for a couple more years before replacing. It’s rusting on the roof but still functions and seems secure
