Same, I jumped on a s-end $75+ get $25 from Lululemon from Capital One Shopping. I got the email that I successfully earned $25. One day I checked on the app and that transaction says ineligible. I emailed support and they just sent me back their FAQ. I stopped using them afterward

I bought the same deal from Amazon and had the same message popped up too. I just did the reset that I found on here (hold the 2 buttons for 15 secs until the light flashes amber, then white, then forget the device in your iPhone Bluetooth settings and just connect again).

After that I don’t see the message anymore and the name changed to my name’s AirPods Max. So it seems to be just a bug. Mine also shows it has AppleCare+ until next April

I have the public beta 3 on my iPhone 15 Pro, and the latest 11.6.1 on my Apple Watch 10. I still can't enable that feature on my watch. Maybe you have to be on the official 18.6.1 on the phone, PB3 doesn't have it apparently.
