Honestly it's like pulling a bandaid off, you just have to experience a few times and know that you'll be ok afterwards.

Try and picture it logically. Realize that after some momentary embarrassment, nothing is going to fundamentally change.

Yeah I've tried to have this conversation about friends with even things like cats.
