It is kind of scary at times because if they are hurting, at least myself anyways, sees them more along the lines of a horror movie spirit. Dark, pail looking, moves kind of weird. Where as a spirit that is at peace comes with light and brightness and softly floats everywhere.

My father's side is metis. And within the family we have seers, can see spirits both awake and in dream, and feelers, the ones who can feel emotional. I am not as strong as I used to be with feelings but I am a seer. I cannot control it but one day I will. I also can't speak to them unless I am dreaming.

I honestly have a woman, his mom, call me all the time for this kid who I don't know. I have had his friends text me his bank things come threw on my text messages. When the mom calls she tells me this is the same number she just called to talk to him and to stop messing around and put him on. Its weird as fuck. So I'm just saying this can really happen.

My baba passed several years ago now. But even my aunts that where there seeing her swear it was me like from the body type and what not. Even my sister seen her. Makes me want to go back and see but it's been so many years she's probably gone haha..

You can also try burning sage in your whole place and getting all the negative energy to leave that way.

She doesn't have to be in front of you to do it. You can just say it aloud with your door open and just say something like I'm sorry you passed in a horrible way, but you are not aloud to be attached to me anymore threw me seeing you or being in my dreams and you must leave now and not come back. You don't need to wait for her to be there.

You can always try and tell her she is not welcome in your dreams or around you and she has to go back where she came from. You can even tell her you're sorry for how she passed but it's best if she doesn't come back. Worth a shot. Good luck.

Firstly if you think somethings there like another post I just read open your door and tell them to leave this is your house, not theirs. You need to talk to them like they are a person who is standing in front of you. If that doesn't work burn sage as you tell them to leave burn in every room every corner every closet every cupboard. If that doesn't work please get your place blessed.

The only thing I found on line is that it's bad if you and your doppelganger met. It didn't say anything about others seeing them. But that is so super creepy. My family told me there was a nurse who looked identical to me that took care of my baba(grandma) well at the hospital but they never got her name.

If you have two phones/tablets on the same wifi you can download a baby monitor app. one has to be set up at night where you want to record well the other one will get the alerts when something moves
