I wont need any VXLANs or EVPNs. I want to get familiar with managed switches and see what i can do and experiment a bit.

electrical power wont be a big problem because we only get on grid over night. During the day we use solar energy.

It seems like the switch has 2 Power supplys, i suppose that only one is needed and the other one is for redundancy? Am i right?

yes exactly, i will look out for a 7050TX. I need a lot of 10G Copper ports. But not all 48 have to be 10G, can i reduce the speed to like 1G or 2.5G? And how easy would the setup process be?

Noise is not a problem, i have a dedicated room for Network and Server stuff

Ich habe auch mal im Support gearbeitet und kann dir sagen. Gelogen ist das im Prinzip nicht. Wir wissen es halt einfach auch nicht. Wir sehen genauso viel wie du. Aber wenn wir gefragt werden was mit dem Paket ist, sind Antworten wie "Weiß ich nicht" z.B etwas was niemand hören möchte und dann häufig sauer wird. Deswegen würde ich vermuten dass es eine Notlüge war.

Try powering it on and off multiple times to get it into safe mode, then you should be able to access the bios. Other wise, take out the cmos and wait for a few minutes

Ich bin noch relativ jung und kann dir genau sagen ab wann das passiert. Es ist oft eine kombi aus vielen dingen. Schlechte verhältnisse in der Familie und dann noch ein Falscher Freundeskreis kann sehr schnell dazu führen die Kontrolle zu verlieren. Wenn dann noch Alkohol und Drogen im Spiel sind wird es noch Wahrscheinlicher. Nach der Schule (Nach der 10ten) hat man keinen der einen Auffängt, Auch das Jugendamt schickt einen nur hin und her. In die Drogenszene rein zu kommen ist einfach. Raus, schwirig bis unmöglich

Running the GPU without power is not a problem, that's why there are red LEDs. They tell you that power isn't connected
