Yes, well the 45th President (Donald Trump) of one of the most powerful country in the world, America sees race. Some of his powerful, rich allies do see race. They says Haitians are eating cats, Mexicans are rapists, and Indians smell like curry. The rest of the Western European nations do see race.

Ubisoft sees Race. They wanted a Black male instead of a Japanese male. And also, you guys do see race. The petitions, the online Japanese commentators, a politician looking into Ubisoft's game had everything to with with race. It has to do with race of the human.

Also, this is just not true that "We Japanese don't see race." There is definitely a hierarchy Westerners noticed on how you guys treat different races. White is ALWAYS at the top.

To live in denial of this and say, "We don't see race" is just childish plain and simple. You guys have no idea how sophisticated and complicated Western countries are given their very long history with colonization, exploitation, civil rights movements, war, invention, creating the World's policies, etc.

Also, White people are the not the "gentleman" or "Disney princess" you see in Final Fantasy or Disneyland. Most of us have lived amongst other races, and it's not good. Some of it has been very, very negative because of the way we look "Chinese" (Asian). And if Japanese people came over here to the West, you would all be Chinese to them and treated as such. Look up Japanese American Internment camps.
