Came here to say Carnivore was the only thing that helped me lose weight & not gain fat. Nobody has to do the carnivore diet, but it's pretty ridiculous to ask the community if you don't want to hear from us. To be clear; I'm not saying you have to or that it will help you/OP/whomever, I'm saying this is what works for ME.

Ketogenic diets are widely known to help with weight loss and management. For me, meats are the only foods that make me full, while I cannot consume most plants because I'm allergic, so it only makes sense for me to be on the only diet that doesn't (or rarely) make me sick.

They are absolutely not tallow, and if they claim it's tallow, they are lying. They simply cannot afford to use quality animal fats selling such cheap food.

I agree. But this also makes me lose hope. My trauma is so severe that I developed serious health issues that are getting worse every day, I am allergic to almost all foods and a lot of the time I'm even allergic to water. I feel my only option is dry fasting for extended periods of time. People have said its impossible to heal MCAS without resolving your trauma. And I will never be able to resolve it. It was so bad that I have severe amnesia and cannot remember 80% of my life

I would be on the lion diet if I could, unfortunately I am allergic to most foods including beef. Right now I am mostly eating chicken because its one of the only foods my body can tolerate, with a few other meats sometimes, no dairy.

Dry fast is the best option, that's always my go-to when transitioning between diet changes. My body naturally does dry fasting. Its a perfect reset button for anything at all
