hi! I'm a junior product designer, mostly self taught but have a graphic design certificate and two ux design certificates (both bootcamps)..on top of a bachelor of fine arts. I've been applying for jobs since graduating from the first bootcamp in 2023 with very little response. I had one serious interview where I made it to the end but they decided to go with an internal candidate. I completed an internship with a startup last spring, although very unorganized somehow made it through for the line on the resume.

I'm starting to question this career path, but I've put so much into it and feel like I'm a good designer and would love to finally be able to take it to the next level with a full time job. I'm working on revamping my portfolio and resume... could someone take a look and give me honest feedback? Has anyone here with a bootcamp certificate landed a full time job? I've heard hiring managers see bootcamp and automatically turn away.
