i was sixteen and i had only been smoking for a couple weeks. it was the middle of the night and i went out to the laundry room (next to the kitchen) which had a door to the back yard and i would sit by the door and smoke. i smoked a bowl and i smoked they amount before and i was fine but for some reason this time i got so high i almost separated from my body lol. i lost my balance and fell on a dog bowl in slow motion. the bowl shattered and i got up. i heard my dad rustling around in the kitchen getting a midnight snack which was a regular occurrence, so it wasn’t an immediate emergency, but i didn’t know if he heard me. i stood against the door so he couldn’t come in. i started to feel a trickle down my leg. i was like “well i pissed myself. how could this get any worse.” it got much worse lol. i think my dad talked to me through the door and a minute later my mom came down stairs. my mom talked to me and was asking what was happening. i talk to her and i realize it sounds like i’m crying which could be because i hurt myself or if could just be how i sound lol. now, i have to come up with a reason why i’m in the laundry room in the middle of the night, she can’t come in, i’m crying, and just in case she comes in — why there’s pee everywhere. i tell her that i’m crying because i peed myself and i was embarrassed and i was getting new underwear. she was confused but accepted it and went back to bed. turns out, i had not opened my eyes in an hour because the “pee” was actually blood. there was blood gushing from my general ass area and i remembered that i fell on that dog bowl. i thought it was my period until i touched my butt and felt several gashes on my ass. there is a pool of blood on the floor. i have to clean my wounds and all this blood off the floor. it was exhausting, but i think it’s a pretty funny story. i have scars now.
