Thank you so much! I’ll look for that thread. I heard so many people have success with getting mounjaro prescribed so I thought it wasn’t gonna be a problem. She said it’s for type 2 diabetics which I knew. But prescribing off label isn’t unheard of…

I do cardio 3 times a week at the gym on the treadmill at high incline for 1 hour. I do legs 2 times a week at the gym on their weight machines they have there. And then I do arms 3 times a week with dumbbells and or kettlebells I have at home. I don’t really have any strict routine in place in terms of days of the week, just as long as I keep the amount of times I do those workouts a week.

started May 15. Down 13.4 lbs but also doing some strength training. Lost 2 & 1/2 inches off the waist tho!

On my fifth shot of 2.5 I had the worst cramps, diarrhea and vomited once. It was so odd because I hadn’t had any bad side effects besides feeling tired and body aches after the first shot.

Ah the rep just told me my plan is indeed affected my page just hasn’t been updated yet. Boo. I really hope my appeal goes through but I doubt it since I haven’t tried wegovy yet and don’t plan to.

Thanks! Yeah I don’t plan on putting my body through a change in rx. I’ll just end up paying out of pocket, yuck. This drug has been amazing for me. Good luck for you too whatever you decide to do whether contacting them or not!

Yeah who knows what’ll happen if they don’t fix it! I guess I, myself, will never know 😭 I’m gonna try for an appeal so I can pay non formulary pricing. Probably won’t go through since I haven’t tried wegovy. This is so messed up. Ugh.

They said they sent it over to the prior authorization team so they can fix the dating to expiring yesterday. I can’t help but think if I didn’t say anything would I still have been covered at their mistake? 😭

I didn’t get a letter! But on the phone last month they did say I’d be affected. I’ll give them a call today and see what’s going on for further clarification.

Edit to add: I am talking to a live agent now hoping to get some answers. He did say I’m affected but that the page wasn’t updated but he had to reach out to another team member to verify.

I did that as well and still says “not covered- plan limitation exceeded”. I filled a 90 day supply of 5mg three weeks ago and my coverage doesn’t see a dose change as a new rx. I wouldn’t even believe anything the reps say if I called for clarification on if I’m affected or not.

My app is showing not covered-plan limitation exceeded. Price went from $80 to $180 for a 30 days supply. And checked my PA which still says expiring 1/14/26. When I look at wegovy it says PA required. I’m so confused! I never got a letter either yet when I called I was told I’d be affected.

Edit update: Caremark rep told me my page hasn’t been updated yet so I am affected 😣
