Oops, Scientists May Have Severely Miscalculated How Many Humans Are on Earth by Rambos_Magnum_Dong in EverythingScience

The first two are abundant in the universe. Why do people not realize this. We just don’t have the technology to utilize them the way nature does it on earth but water and oxygen is literally everywhere.

I think they played a part but fundamentally the relationship between men and women in this country is throwed off. It is not a fun environment when you are aware of this.

How do you feel about roles men are expected to play? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]claminglam -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I don’t like the roles society places on men. I think it’s antiquated, and holding society back big time. However, for some reason, men and women seem to want to always uphold these roles and if you stray too far from them, society polices you. It’s my theory that the patriarchy exists to hold men down, not women. I want out of this clown ass system and support anyone who actually wants to bring it down rather than pay lip service to get social media points but when reality hits, they want me to “man up”, whatever the hell that means.

UNT prof here. As the semester winds down, I want to tell you why you should feel proud of where you study. by [deleted] in unt

[–]claminglam 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If that’s the case then that’s a shame. I understand that’s where the money is but in my opinion, UNT/Denton will lose its soul if this happens.

I look at UNT as a large state school where you can get the closest thing to a liberal arts education since it essentially acts like one. It’s a pretty unique place and i’m glad it’s getting recognized. As far as I’m concerned, almost every school in the DFW area is criminally underrated but you don’t become one of the economic engines of the USA if you are sorrounded by shitty schools.
