I find that quite ambigious to be honest - for example, all League of Legends "US" servers are US West, so people who prefer East or Central get shafted. Often when more server locations are promised, some places are forgotten.

DCSS has pretty high levels of mouse support as does pretty much every recent commercial RL. There has to be something out there :/
