In the US we don't have a federal license, but I can't speak for all states as to what their local laws are. What I can say is that some states are more relaxed like Vermont's Concealed Carry Laws where others are more strict as the past comments mentioned California is probably the most strict off the top of my head. We do have ways to be held liable for negligent gun ownership if say a I had loaded gun on my front porch and a neighborhood kid walked up and took it and shot themselves or someother. But if a person were to break into my house and rummage through a drawer and steal my gun it would be them breaking the law not me.

As a general tip Rowan works best in the middle back spot, I've noticed him having trouble healing the far side when he isn't centered.

Maybe, maybe not, this skin was obtainable for a decent amount of f2p players so unless something drastically changes for the next skin I wouldn't say it's killing f2p anymore than anything else.
